Privacy Policy

Digivyapar (“we”) provides business software for Indian MSMEs at digivyapar.in. This policy explains what information we collect when you use the website and the app, and what we do with it. Questions: contact@digivyapar.in.

• Account details — your name, email address and password (stored only as a one-way hash). If you sign in with Google, we receive your name, email address and profile picture from Google; nothing else.
• Business records you add — business profile, customers, vendors, items, invoices, bills, payments, staff and payroll entries, and the chat messages and files you give the assistant.
• Calls and posts — if you use Sales, the phone numbers called and the recordings, transcripts and summaries of those calls; if you use Marketing, the photos, posts and captions you create and the social accounts you connect.
• Contact form messages — the name, email, phone and message you send us.

Only to run the service for you: keeping your books, drafting documents and replies, making the calls and posts you approve, sending you sign-in codes and notices, and answering your messages. We do not sell your information or use your business records for advertising.

We use trusted service providers, each only for its part of the service:

• Supabase — database and file storage
• Hostinger — sending email
• Google — “Continue with Google” sign-in, and AI models
• OpenAI and other AI providers — understanding your messages and drafting replies, documents and captions
• Sarvam — AI phone calls (Sales)
• kie.ai — generating images and videos (Marketing)
• Zernio — publishing to the social accounts you connect (Marketing)

We keep your information while your account is active. When you delete your account (Settings → Delete account) you can no longer sign in and your email address is released. Business records such as invoices and ledger entries are bookkeeping records and are retained; to have them erased, email us at contact@digivyapar.in.

Passwords are stored as hashes, sign-in sessions and one-time codes are signed or encrypted, and each business can only see its own records. No system is perfectly secure; tell us at once if you think your account has been misused.

You can see and correct your business information in the app at any time, export any sheet as CSV, disconnect social accounts, and ask us for a copy or erasure of your data by emailing contact@digivyapar.in.

If we change this policy we will update the date above, and tell you in the app or by email about significant changes.
