1. Using Digivyapar
By creating an account you agree to these terms. You must be authorised to act for the business you set up, and you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private and for everything done through your account.
2. You approve, you decide
Digivyapar drafts invoices, entries, calls and posts using AI. Drafts can contain mistakes, which is why nothing is saved, sent or dialled until you approve it. Check each draft before approving; approved actions are your instructions.
3. Bookkeeping, not professional advice
Digivyapar helps you keep books and prepare GST records and reports. It is not a chartered accountant and does not audit, certify or file returns for you. Have a qualified professional review your filings and important financial decisions.
4. Calls, messages and posts
You are responsible for having the right to contact the people your Sales agent calls and for the content you publish through Marketing. Don’t use Digivyapar for spam, harassment, or anything unlawful.
5. Plans and payment
Plan prices and what each includes are listed on the pricing page. Usage limits (posts, call minutes, users) apply per plan.
6. Your data
Your business records belong to you. How we handle them is described in our Privacy Policy.
7. Availability and liability
We work to keep Digivyapar running and your data safe, but the service is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use, to the extent the law allows.
